Starlink Direct-to-Device
If you're well beyond the reach of any tower on the ground, there's now another option. Telstra's partnership with Starlink Direct-to-Device (D2D) provides mobile coverage from satellites overhead. We can install a booster system that picks up the D2D signal and distributes it throughout your home or building, so you're not limited to standing outside with your phone pointed at the sky. Check with Telstra whether D2D is enabled on your plan and device before getting in touch.

4G-5G Backup & Bonded Starlink
When you're running a non-stop operation, downtime isn't an option. Orders stop processing, EFTPOS goes down, cloud systems become inaccessible, and remote workers lose access to everything. If your fixed-line broadband is unreliable, Starlink glitches, or you're in a location it doesn't reach, you need a backup that actually works.
Using Peplink hardware and high-gain antenna systems, we build 4G and 5G backup connections that can pull a usable data link out of areas where your phone barely registers a signal. The antenna hardware does the heavy lifting, capturing a faint cellular signal from a distant tower and turning it into a stable broadband connection.
For sites running Starlink, we can bond the satellite connection with a 4G-5G link so that if one drops, the other picks up without interruption. Peplink handles the switching and load balancing automatically. The result is a connection that stays up even when individual links don't.
