RFI CD8294 4G-5G Stud Mount Antenna, 5.5 dBi, 698 to 3800 MHz, SMA Male
113-CD8294 is an RFI CD8294 stud‑mount collinear antenna designed to improve 4G and 5G cellular reception for equipment that uses a single antenna port, such as cellular routers, modems and repeater terminals. It’s intended for fixed installations where you want a consistent omni-directional signal in the horizontal plane, with higher effective reach than small “stubby” antennas, making it useful at the fringe of coverage or in rural and industrial locations.
It mounts through a panel or bulkhead using a threaded stud, and connects to the radio via a supplied coax lead terminated in an SMA male plug, which suits many common LTE/5G devices. Within the CD8200 family there are different physical lengths and gain profiles to suit different mounting constraints and coverage goals; the CD8294 is the more compact option, while other models provide a longer whip for higher gain where space allows.
